To Adjust the Roll Pad:

1.  Grab with both hands

2.  Lift the front end and

3.  Slide the back end to the
appropriate pin hole.
To Adjust the Top Bar:

1.  Hold the shaft with one hand
and

2.  Remove the safety pin with
the other

3.  Slide to the appropriate height
and replace the pin in the closest
 hole .
